Six months after the arrival of Christian Kleinsorge as investor and CEO with the on-line performance agency Zieltraffic AG, the company completed its name change to Ingenious Technologies AG and separated the businesses of agency and technology provider. The business area of performance marketing of Zieltraffic remains unchanged Kleinsorge confirms.

With the rebranding as Ingenious Technologies the new management took a decisive step in its strategic and market relevant positioning. „By separating the agency business from technology provider, according to Kleinsorge, everyone can concentrate on their business and we can leverage synergies.“ For the agency business, the ex-Zanox chairman could gain an agency professional.

Since February 2013 Rutger Booß is responsible for performance. Booß, joins us from Universal McCann and Aegis Media and is valued in the agency and media arena for being well connected. With Ingenious Technologies a new technology player is now on the market as announced by Kleinsorge the previous year – which will improve the transparency and measurability of on-line activities of e-business professionals. „In the previous months, according to Kleinsorge; we have spent the time with our new professional development team in the development and testing of the products „Partnership Management“ und „Multichannel-Tracking“. The first installations have now gone live with our customers so we‘re looking forward to present them to a wider public at Internet World in Munich in March.“ Customers of the agency Zieltraffic will have reason to celebrate: through the proximity of the agency to Ingenious Technologies they may now have access to transparency and scalability, which was previously reserved for the „big players“ in e-business.
