I have the impression a transaction was not tracked. I cannot find it on the platform. What can I do?

First of all, keep calm: real tracking errors are very rare. Most of the time, the problem is that the transaction was not properly attributed. You can check whether there was an error using the transaction error tool, which can be found in the reporting section.

I’m trying to create a payment entry for one of my partners but the preview does not appear, although confirmed transactions have been attributed.

There are a lot of possible explanations here. Most of the time, the partner has not registered any bank account data. It could also be that the partner is blocked for payments. Have a go at this checklist for all the possible explanations.

I tried to send out a newsletter via the platform, but my partners did not receive it.

Newsletters and other emails on the platform are sent via the email service that was registered on the platform. You can find the email services in the configuration section of the platform. For every registered service, a log is available which keeps track of errors. To get an overview, you can also add the mail monitor to your dashboard.

Why doesn’t the payment entry of my partner have a booking number?

A booking number will only be added to a payment entry when you confirm it. Payment entries you create will have an open status first, so you can still alter it or dismiss it altogether. The whole process of creating and confirming payment entries is described in this article.

I tested the tracking, but I don’t see the expected result in the admin UI. How come?
