January 2016 updates: Omni-Channel & Ad Spaces

Get more out of your Omni-Channel

We know how important it is to understand your customer journeys. That is why your User Journey Lists are about to give you even more information.

  • When hovering your mouse over an analytical event in the user journey, a yellow box will pop up and show greater details about this touch point, such as the date, time, product category, conversion type, device and channel.
    Benefits: You gain more specific information to view individual analytical events taking place on your customers’ user journeys to gain insights.
  • There is now a zoom function within your User Journey Lists.
    Benefits: When it gets too complex, you can zoom into specific points of the user journey to have a better view of the crucial touch points that affected the customer’s purchase decision.

This is how the user journey looks when zoomed in and with a specific tough point being inspected.

View Ad Spaces differently (coming soon)

Managing numerous ad spaces can be challenging for your business partners. That’s why we are creating a new additional graphical view for them that will ease the task. This should be live in a few weeks.

  • A choice of two views can be selected in the top right corner.
    Benefits: You can gain an overview, manage and create ad spaces on your preferred view.

This is the new graphical view of the ad spaces.

As part of the continuous implementation and enhancement of the new user interface, we are also working on improving the partner dashboard. More details to come soon!
