May 2016 Updates: More conversion information, ERP reference in payment data

More conversion information (coming end May)

Want to gain even more information about your customers? Now you can.

  • Additional conversion parameters to be collected from your customers
Benefit: At an advertiser level, you can now determine several additional conversion parameters that you would like to collect from your customers during the tracking process. This includes the gender, age, or even free additional information that you may have included via a contact form or survey on your website. You now have the control to determine what information you wish to collect.
  • Information per conversion will be displayed
Benefit: At the transaction level, you will be able to view the information that you had set to track. Such information may be useful for your business, particularly when you are trying to decipher the customer demographics that are attracted to your products and services or more likely to complete your conversion target, such as adding items to cart or subscribing to a newsletter. This way, you will be better equiped to enhance your marketing messages to speak to the right audience.

Here are the additional conversion parameters that you can choose to collect in your tracking. This can be configured at an advertiser level under “Tracking Codes”.

This is how your transaction information will look like with the new fields.

Your ERP Reference Number generated in payment data (coming end May)

When one team makes payments on a platform and the other works with external ERP systems, figures may go missing as the entire data becomes a mess with the lack of a systematic order. We are simplifying this for you by enabling you to include your ERP system information on Ingenious Enterprise.

  • Inclusion of your ERP system in billing
Benefit: On both advertiser and partner level, you are now able to include the “external reference number” for your external ERP system. This will then be automatically generated in your billing and visible in every payment export (both in CSV and journal format). Your internal finance departments will now save tons of resources spent on connecting and tallying the data from both sources!

By editing the partner details, you are able to key in the external reference number of your ERP system on the bottom right.

This is an example of a partner billing that will automatically display the external ERP number that has been keyed in.
