September 2015 Updates: Dashboard widgets, device information and omni-channel

Advertiser updates

Dashboard widgets: Email monitor

From now on, you as an advertiser can monitor all email activities with a clearer visualisation and improve your communication processes.

On your dashboard, you will see a brand new widget that allows you to select the preferred period of email activities that you wish to monitor, such as last 7 days, last 10 days, last working week, etc. The relevant information for this period will then be displayed graphically, as shown in the image below, categorised as emails sent by the system and by you. Through the colour coding, advertisers will be able to see the following figures easily:

  • emails that are pending to be sent (grey),
  • emails that are being sent at the moment (orange),
  • emails that have been successfully sent (green), and
  • those that failed to be sent (red).

This enables advertisers to be aware of all errors in the email sending immediately without manually checking all logs in the configuration. By clicking on the red bar, you get a list of the errors (or will be redirected to the log in the settings).

Dashboard widgets: Status monitor

Also on your dashboard, there is a new status monitor that shows you all an informative overview of the status of all your conversions.

Through the colour coding, you will be able to see the following figures easily:

  • conversions that are open (blue),
  • conversions that have been approved (beige),
  • conversions that have been confirmed (green), and
  • those that were rejected (red).

By placing your mouse over the coloured bars, you will see the values of these conversions.

You can also choose between “number” and “commissions” as well as a specific month, from which you would like to see these information.

Most importantly, network owners will be able to gain useful insights of how each advertiser is doing at a glance and identify which advertisers have many open or rejected conversions, in order to improve their KPIs.

Transaction list with device information

When you dive into the transaction report, you will also be able to see new icons next to the transaction time, which represent the devices that these conversions have been made with. They are denoted by the following symbols:

  • D – Desktop
  • M – Mobile
  • T – Tablet
  • U – Undefined

This enables you to fine-tune your marketing strategy and enhance the channels for greater purchase completions.

Omni-channel

The omni-channel functionality on Ingenious Enterprise has also been greatly enhanced and it runs 80% faster than before, so that you can gain the fuller picture of your business across all devices and channels much more quickly!
