Logitravel serves the Group as a 100% online travel agency for vacations, with the primary objective and a clear positioning in the online sale of tourism products on the European and American markets.

BUILDING DIRECT RELATIONSHIPS
In order to assert itself in the highly competitive travel industry and expand its market share, Logitravel attaches great importance to its marketing partners. Logitravel builds direct relationships with strategic partners through its own private affiliate network and is also present in public affiliate networks to reach partners that are not yet known to them.
Logitravel had previously worked with an open source system to manage their direct relationships. However, as their network grew, the system reached its limits in terms of functionality and reporting, as well as automation and deduplication.
SCALABILITY & CONNECTIVITY
However, Logitravel needed to manage more publishers faster. Therefore, Logitravel was looking for a marketing technology that would allow the company to grow and easily manage its private affiliate network to enable the integration of existing public networks. In addition, the technology needed to be scalable enough to handle a sudden increase in activity volume due to seasonal fluctuations, with traffic being around four to five times higher during peak season.
Because Logitravel has experience working with BI systems, the company has a clear idea of what is required: the marketing technology should be customizable down to the desired granularity and able to synchronize all collected data with their internal systems in real time.

Logitravel can easily obtain data on the performance of its partners, both those who have a direct relationship with Logitravel and those who are connected via public networks. Through Ingenious, Logitravel can customize the criteria, commission models and attribution rules for its partners. In return, each direct partner receives an individual login that leads them to a UI with full transparency of their performance in real time.

In addition, by working with Ingenious as middleware, Logitravel can configure and synchronize its internal BI system to automatically validate tracked transactions in real time.
